The   first   thing   to   establish   here   is   that   this   is   NOT   a   diet.   This   is   a   complete   lifestyle   switch.   A   diet   signifies   a   beginning   and   an   end   which   can   only   lead   to temporary benefits and long term failure. You will begin a 3 stage, 18 week program which is broken down into 6 week groups. By   the   end   of   which   you   will   not   only   look   and   feel   like   a   different   person,   but   you   will   be   armed   with   the   knowledge,   education   and   know   how   to   stay   in complete control for the rest of your life. All 3 stages are supported by exercise and training programs - should this be required. Stage 1 A   detailed   and   structured   method   of   eating.   This   will   be   explained   to   you   in   great   detail.   Nutritional   guidance   and   correction.   Full   emphasis   on   fat   loss. Access   to   the   BH   Fitness   private   social   media   group   (excellent   for   support,   encouragement,   meal   ideas,   recipes   etc)   24/7   support   and   guidance   from   myself via Message, email, voice or video call. Stage 2 A   continuation   of   Stage   1   with   focus   on   macro   training   and   understanding   how   to   use   them   and   live   within   them.   Flexible   eating   (how   to   eat   the   foods   you thought were off the menu and still lose/maintain your weight) Alterations to your program to maximise ongoing results. Stage 3 How   to   break   a   plateau   using   nutrition   and   exercise.   A   scientific   approach   to   weight   loss   and   the   huge   health   and   medical   benefits   of   my   program   as   well   as the incredible positive impacts on your body. How to negotiate holidays, short breaks and weekends without gaining an ounce of fat. By   this   stage   you   will   be   healthier,   fitter,   lighter,   more   confident   and   in   total   control   of   your   body   when   it   comes   to   weight   management   and   nutritional awareness. You’ll also have an in depth understanding of how to maintain this lifestyle for the rest of your life.
